1. About These Terms
By browsing craftbee.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. CraftBee is a handmade marketplace based in Dhaka, Bangladesh; every product is handcrafted, which means minor variations in color, size, and texture are natural and are not considered defects.
2. Orders & Acceptance
An order is confirmed once our team verifies it by phone call. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock, the address is undeliverable, or we suspect fraudulent payment details.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout β free above ৳2,000. Payment can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank card, or Cash on Delivery.
4. Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 3β5 business days for all 8 divisions of Bangladesh. Delays caused by weather, strikes, or courier disruptions are outside our control, but we will keep you informed.
5. Returns & Refunds
Ready-made items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom-made orders are crafted specifically for you and are non-returnable unless faulty. Approved refunds are issued via bKash/Nagad/bank transfer within 5β7 business days.
6. Custom Orders
Custom orders begin production after advance confirmation. We share progress photos before shipping. Because each piece is made to your specification, please review all details carefully at the time of ordering.
