We Review
Our team reviews your request within 24 hours and confirms whether a return, exchange, or refund applies.
Send It Back
For approved returns, pack the item unused and in its original packaging. We arrange courier pickup where possible.
Refund Issued
Once received and checked, your refund is sent via bKash/Nagad/bank transfer within 5–7 business days.
Eligible for return: ready-made items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Not eligible: custom-made orders (crafted specifically for you), items damaged through misuse, and requests made after 7 days of delivery.
Faulty or wrong item? We cover all return shipping costs and will exchange or fully refund — your choice.
